hey guys, not sure if this is the right forum for this (mods please move it if it belongs elsewhere), but here goes...

my new motor is done (TPI 383 stroker), and ready to go back into my 1989 IROC, but ive made several changes adn am unsure what type of pully/belt setup to run or where to get the best ones.

basically ive got an electric waterpump now and no more smog/emissions stuff (so no waterpump pulley or air pump pulley)....and instead of trying to route a belt around the existing pulleys, id like to try and get some new brackets and pulleys. however i cant seem to find a serpentine setup that uses only the alternator pulley, crank pulley and PS pulley (i have no A/C and an electric waterpump), and comes with new brackets.

what is everyone using? where did you find the best stuff at?

thanks for the info

Damien

no one uses aftermarket pullies??

summit and jegs both say i ahve to purchase the whole serpentine kit...and then try and sell the waterpump pulley on my own since they cant give me a kit without one.

also, they dont even know if the belt that comes with the kit will work or not since im not going to be using the w/pump pulley with it. grr...

as if there isnt a place that you can get a kit put together with only the pullies you need, and a belt that will work with it.
