HELP, MOTOR SWAP FUEL PUMP SHUTS OFF

If I'm not mistaken.. the fuel pump SHOULD cut off after a few seconds, unless the engine's running.

Yeah well I switched from TPI to carb so it wont stay on now, how can I get it to stay on? Is there a relay or is it computer controlled? I am using no computer anymore

i don't know if you have one, but it could be the oil pressure sending sensor near the oxygen sensor on the driver side. It sends the oil pressure to the fuel pump. It case of an emergency, it will shut the fuel pump off.
