How long should my 100000 miles driven original waterpump last? I'm changing cam etc. so it would be easy to change it at the same time.

change it, they don't cost that much and it'd be easy to do now.

My original equipment pump lasted around 112,000 miles. I replaced it with a Stewart pump, and I'm quite happy with it.
