Question for you guys, I am going to build a 383 setup here next few months for my 1982 Camaro. I want to get about 500hp & 525tq. I am gonna use a 4-bolt main with splayed caps. I am also going to use AFR 195cc heads with rpm air gap intake which hydraulic roller cam, rods and pistons should i use as well as carb. I am looking for a power band from 2000-6500rpm. I am going to be using a th350 trans and soon t56- Viper transmission. I am going to beef up the frame with sub-frame connectors and roll cage in the future as well as suspension upgrade. Car is going to be used for drag racing and havin fun burnin rubber. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
