hey guys i just put in a t5 and it seems when i got from first to second and i try to stomp on the gas it like coughs or cuts out on me then takes a second to pick up again. first gears has tons of power and breaks free without trying but as i get up high in the gears like 3rd it seems like it doesnt have much pull to it or power???carb or timing maybee??? i have 342 gears in the rear.

 

Check your spark plugs....see if they show an obvious condition (lean, rich, buildup, etc.)... And definitely check the timing....or adjust it by ear. Either way works, I just prefer a number.
