Car still runs fine. Going to tune her up and switch therm this weekend. (was overheating) but now when she gets warm. it snmells like superglue, or some thing similar. clenaer...potent like fuel..but not gas. anyone else smell this before?

you recently add diff plug wires or the hooker long tubes that i see in your sig?

silicone has a distinct smell to it, but by your description im not sure if thats what youre smelling

 

like fuel, but it doesnt smell like gas

 

Have you checked your engine's super glue injector modules?

Check for burning stuff. Maybe you've got a wire or something burning off on those longtubes. Or some kind of fluid. I'd try to suggest more....but "like fuel, but not like gas" is just a tad bit confusing and contradictory...

 

I had a plastic bag that melted to my cat before. It gave off a strong, nasty smell when it was hot. Just a thought.
