ya im trying everything, and no luck, the fuel sprays out at 5 different locatotions at the gasket...
and what is this roll pin u speak of? got a picture? or draw one?
i did notice behind the little filter on the injectors, their are 3 holes, i lined one of them up with the side of the TBI where i believe the fuel enters...
im soo mad

2 words my friend... o rings... the big rings that are rubber crack into a millions pieces when ther hit air for the first time in years after being submerged in fuel their wwhole life.. take your injectors out again and buy a TBI rebuild it and you get the big o-rings, little ones for the bottom of the injector,, anbd the little round screen thing that goes at the bottom of the injector as well... plus you get new gaskets with it and a spacer as well worth the 20 or so bucks...
i took my injector out as well and got the same exact problem.. top of the injectors were soaked and car would barely if at all stay running hope this helps

no thats not the same problem as me, here is a pic i drew, if your looking top down, the green is where the fuel squirts from.
now i knowthat fuel comes straight up in the center, then it hits the top of the TBI and runs off down the left and right to the injectors, but it seems the gasket right their doesnt hold anymore and when the fuel gets under pressure, its blowing out right their at the top. make sense? if not the pic should help.

The pins at bottom of injectors, there are pins sticking out one side - if you look down inside TB unit, there are recesses that these pins go into to get the injectors in correctly. There's really only 2 ways to put the injector in. If you draw an imaginary line from frt wheel to frt wheel, the electric prongs on top of injectors line up with this line - therefore only 2 ways an injector can go, with the pin (the pin on the bottom of injector) towards the firewall, or the pin towards the front of car. And, if I remember correctly, one injector goes in with pin towards firewall, and other goes in with pin towards front. I've also seen new replacement injectors, that don't have 'metal pins' but rather little plastic nubs on the bottoms - but same thing - they fall into a recess in the bottom of the pod.
The $33 rebuild kit should be right - I remember it being bloody fortune too, but should have the pod cover gasket, the little round gasket to the pressure reg (don't forget this one, it's easily lost), and both o-rings - the small o-ring for the bottom of injector, and the large o-ring for the top.
