the last couple days out here have been kind of rainy. when i turn my wipers on, i usually have to gas it a bit to keep them started. them as Im driving, theyll cut in and out, stopping and starting as they choose Ive checked the fuses, everythings good there. my heat runs the same way to, cutting on and off. any ideas of the problem? the car is an 88 GTA T/A.

 

Turn off the intermittent wiper feature? )

 

there not on delay ...this is with them set to run on high

 

Mine do it to...someone said to me that it's the relay or something.....
