hi i just put back my rebuilt engine in my t/a and there is some problems that appears. the knock sensor connector is hiding somewere in the engine bay but i dont find it anymore, from where the wire is soppose to go out?and the vaccum of the cruise controle where it should be connected...and there is 2 connector left in the front a green and a white dont remenber if was connected to A.I.R.... and is there a place where i can buy the connector separately than the complete circuit at deeler because they dont sell them.

 

You mean you labeled all that stuff as you took it apart, and now can't find it?

Okay, had to give a poke about that. (Lesson to those taking their engine out - label everything as you disassemble.)

What are these lables you speak of? Actually I never had much use for them since if theres a senor theres a wire some where.



The knock sensore wire if I remember correctly comes from the passenger side near the battery. It should be on the same wire harnes as the smog pump sensors.
