Water in gas!! What should I do?

OK , I was in a hurry to get to the exhaust shop the other day. So I put in half a tank of 87 octane at a local Mom and pops grocery.

Well ever since, the car will miss and when I shut it off, it will diesel!

So I think that I got some water in the gas. I had been running 93 octane which I get at a different store.

What do you guys suggest?

thanks.
