The firebird keeps blowing oil out of the top of the dip stick. Not a huge amount but enough to get on the header and stick and smoke a little. What could be causing this? Thanks.

Possibly malfunctions PCV. Otherwise it may be internal to the motor causing blowby.

Could I tell if it's the rings by looking at the plugs?

 

Another thing...wouldn't it be smoking atleast at WOT if it were the rings? It's not smoking any.
