new motor problems
I just put a 350 in place of my 305,I also kept the Tbi from the 305.Sometimes When i start it up and jam it into Reverse it stalls out or has some strange powersurge.What might cause this to happen?Another thing is ,how do you reset your computer?I just put a new O2 in and it said something about clearing/Reseting codes or something to that fact.

my guess is your EGR is staying open at idle.. thatwould give you your power surge and occasional stall if your rpm drops..
as for clearing the codes, unbolt your battery cables for a few minutes and the computer will reset itself..
