I am in need of a bare block 350 new or remanufactured for a 91 tpi

can anyone help me on where to find a block
like a good place to start??

I went to my local GM dealer just to see and they want $1400 (ya right) for a new bare block that is set up for hyd roller cam what a rip I really dont want to rip an old one apart to use the block from a junk yared

any ideas ANY info would help a lot I need block soom lots of parts comming in soon need to get started on new motor asap

Try the local scrap yards. They surely have some that came in off wrecked vehicles.

I know of a 88 350 long block up here you could pick up for around 250 or so. Heads crank rods it's all there and still bolted together

Both Jim Pace and SDPC have them listed for under $600, but I think that Jim Pace has cheaper shipping.

thanks for the info guys I'll keep looking in the yards or see If i can get a new one kinda $$$ though
