i am putting a 383 tpi together and am trying to bolt on some serpentine brackets.there r 2 brackets ,obviosuly left and right.my problem is the passenger side bracket(right where the tensioner bolts to) when bolted on ends up right infront of the throttle body.are these the wrong brackets or something?i know that tbi truck use a one piece steel bracket.did different models or engines use similar brackets to tpi cars?because mine look the same as some of the pictures i've seen on this site but don't end up where its supposed to be.any help would be appreciated...

 

I have a set off a TBI 92 RS Camaro I parted out if that would help you. They were on a 4bolt 350 that someone swapped in there. I don't have the crank and wp pulleys but I do have the brackets and accessories.

 

Is your bracket from an f-body?The trucks had different ones.

 

don't really know what its from, i got them from a neighbor that was moving.
