Pontiac/Chevy Bottom End...Same?

Wanted to know if a 89 Firebird 350 bottom end is the same as a 89 Chevy 350 bottom end. Thinking about buying one off a friend of a friend but donno if heads will bolt up the same n all that crap.

Yes the '89 350s are both the same. True Pontiac V8s were not available in third gen firebirds.
