What side are the freeze plugs on? Drivers or passengers? The motor is in my 1979 chevy SWB. I just got it to tow my convertible with. I put water in the radiator and it comes out the back drivers side of the motor. YOUCH!!!! Any ideas? All help would be GREATLY appreciated. THANKS!!!

Good to see an Inliner around here, I thought I was alone ( all tho I am of the Ford persuasion... hahahha )
Ford-Australia Crossflow 250CI Inline Six Powerd 1960 Ranchero In the Making !
Push it through a 2.3L Mustang T5 and out the back through a 3.89 Ratio 8" Ford.
Inline Is Fine.

Bort,
Umm, that could also be a CHEVROLET 250 inline six. There were only about eleventy-jillion of them produced from 1963 through at least 1976 (1977 model year). Just a possibility...

TB,
The majority of the core plugs on the cylinder head are on the right (passenger's) side, as well as the front and rear. There are a few real SOB plugs under the manifolds on the driver's side. The case has a row of them along the camshaft area, again somewhat hidden from view by the manifolds, and along the opposite side.
I like the old 250-6s (I steal the timing gear oil nozzles out of them for the chains on SBC builds).
