Code 42, EST timing monitor!!

Code 42, EST timing monitor!!
I need to fix this ASAP. I have to leave for Jersey in an hour. I was driving to get gas for my trip and the car died on me. I started it up again....died again.
I pull out my autoxray (luckily i had on me) to discover i have thrown a code 42.
Electronic Spark Timing (EST) monitor. Any idea what could of caused this and what I need to replace? By the way I have brand new plugs, wires, cap, and rotor.
