fuel leak in line

fuel leak in line
My friend has a fuel leak that is coming from a hole in the fuel line it appears. The line look pretty corroded and is pressed against the body of the car and I believe that is where it is coming from.
Now my question is can we just replace that section of that line somehow, or must it be replaced from the tank to the intake manifold?
