Lately my camaro has started to make a grinding noise when I try starting it. I know it has to do with the starter but I doesnt do it all the time. It has been raining for a while and it seems to do it only when it has rained or raining,could that be the problem? Or is the starter just going out? Or could it be something else?

If I were you, the first thing I'd do is crawl underneath the car and check the starter bolts. They may just need to be tightened.
