what shape are the exhaust ports on a 305 tbi?

square, round, or D-port? im getting ready to install some used headers i bought on my 92' rs this weekend... i have everything i need except for exhuast gaskets...
i wanna have everything i need before i get started so i dont have to borrow anyones car...

I imagine if its like my friend's LO3 it has the "D" shaped ports. Most small blocks from 87 on are the D shape.

yep, its a lo3... thanks alot... i was thinking they were d-ports but none of the parts stores could tell me what they were...

My '87 305 doesn't have D-shaped ports, and it has two different type heads!

I can't find a good picture of the D-shaped exhaust ports...

Well, it's not the best picture. These are the D-Shaped ports on my L98 heads. The LO3 heads don't have exhaust ports shaped like this.
