What is the info on Stewart water pumps

My 88 Camaro TBI SC has been giving me fits with what I thought was a bad hose to water pump marriage. The water pump neck and ORIGINAL lower radiator hose(14 years old-holy cow)had rusted/melted together. I went so far as to use emery cloth to finish clean the water pump neck before trying to get the hose to seat for the third time. i thought all was fine. I let the car idle in my driveway for an hour with me occasionally revving it and saw no leaks. So ...

yesterday i drove it into work. temp was a little higher than i would have expected but not alarming coming in. but when i rolled down the window at the security gate i smelled ... you guessed it... radiator fluid steam.

I added a gallon of water and drove it back home at the end of the day.

When I got home it was about halfa gallon low, BUT, the leak was no longer dropping straight down and forming a puddle. now it was laying a side to side strip under the water pump.

So, where do i get the fabled "Stewart" water pump. Please tell me it is not a ridiculous price like the edelbrock or milodon water pumps. If it is I gotta call the GMPARTSDIRECT website ASAP and get a new one to my house.

I should be driving this car.

Mike

I ordered mine (p/n 13123) from them directly and got it pretty quick. It was $69 plus shipping, so it came to just over $80. Keep in mind that if you get a cast iron one like I did that it comes not painted, so you will have to paint it. Also mine had a a threaded hole in it that is used for other applications so I had to get a 1/2" pipe plug to plug it up. No big deal really on the paint or plug IMHO, everyone here seems to really like them so we'll see how it does after this weekend when I get it installed.
