Engine: Mini Ram II, 113 heads tpi
Transmission: 700-R4
Trans doesnt want to shift

I installd a new intake and i am haveing problems with the trans., when im just driving normal, easy on the gas, it with rev high and then shifts real hard. whats my problem please help

your problem is the kickdown cable that runs from the transmission up to your throttle. I've never adjusted it on a tpi but I believe it's the same as on a carb. Just push in the button on the cable and then press the pedal all the way to the floor. Do this then go out and drive it, if it's not how you like it just do it again. For some reason those things allows get messed up when you unhook them.

sorry the cable is called TV (throttle valve) cable. Heres a great thread with lots of pictures to help you out.
