did the 89 iroc say 85mph on the dash or 140?

 

I think mine goes to 145...have to double check tomoprrow, but definetly not 85

 

The 89RS went to 85, the Iroc went to145.

 

no true, trickster. My 89 RS has the 115 speedo.

But to your question, the IROCs either had the 115 or the 145 speedo

 

Do you have the 2.8L or the 5.0L TBI in your RS. If I remember correctly, the 2.8L had the 85 speedo and the 5.0L TBI had the 115 just like the 5.0L TPI whereas the 5.7L TPI had the 145 speedo. My bad for not including the 5.0L's in this

My 88 sports coupe has a 115 speedo.

Buddies 87 RS has a 85 tho.

 

My car has the little 5.0 in her!
