I have a 92 Z28 350 TPI.It just started running hot.
It failed emmitions.It's running rich and is down on
power and I can't figure out why.It's driving me nutts.
I have 61,688 miles and it is stock.

Failed emissions in what categories? HCs? NOx?

Is the oxygen sensor fresh, or original?

It's all OM.It failed hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide

Might want to check for codes; change the O2 sensor.

I checked for codes not one bad code.
