What kinda gains do u guys usually see ?

What kinda gains do u guys usually see ?
With a set of 23 degree Trick Flow heads and a pretty much stock TPI intake (except an Accel base) ? Does 5-7 tenths sound reasonable ? Anybody have these heads with a stock TPI ? What 1/4 mile times do u guys run ? Thanx
