esc location

hello all, I did the 305 to 350 swap (both tbi) and I know I need to replace the electronic spark control module, my question is, where is it? what does it look like, and whats the easiest way to replace it?
ok thats three questions, however any help is appreciated, thaks in advance.

around 3x4 very thin near the brake booster. someone ought to have a pic if you do search.

I know you're using TBI, so that may be different, but as I understand it on the TPI the ESC is included inside the ECM, which means buying a 350 memcal. If you don't use the memcals on a TBI engine, then Never Mind!
