Rusty/stuck intake bolts on TPI

5L TPI, I'm changing intake gasket - I've got all the intake torx screws out except the 2 front pass side ones. they must rusted right in,the others all came out easily.

I've broke off a 45 torx already, what's the easiest way to get those out? I've heated them as well with a propane torch, and sprayed lots of penetrating oil down there too.

Any help would be appreciated, and what other intake-change tips do you have while I'm at it?

Thanx, Scott

here is my little secret trick for getting those...I tack weld a nut on top of the bolt head and then use a socket or a wrench...Works every time. it is siezed because the corrosion that happens between the steel bolt and the aluminum intake...The bolt is actually siezed in your intake, not the head.
