What spark plugs for Pro Topline heads?

I'm trying to get these 220cc Pro Action heads on my Nova but I just noticed the old spark plugs don't reach down into the combustion chamber. So what plugs will I need? Also, I need somehting to plug the threaded hole on the side of each head. Thanks.
