"torque plus" intake gaskets?

Engine: stock LG4 305
Transmission: 700R4
"torque plus" intake gaskets?
These are the intake gaskets that have the small screen in the port openings supposedly helping fuel atomization and thereby increasing mileage and torque. Anyone out there use these or know of anyone that has? I`m real leery of `em but I`m curious too.
