When I go to crank my engine, the starter engages, then there is a moment of no sound or movement, and then it begins to crank the engine very very slowly. I thought it was a battery, but that is not the case. Even with a brand new battery and a jump start, it cranked very slowly.

What does this sound like, wires, bad starter, bad solenoid?
