Not unless you have headers that you didn't list in your sig. The stage 2 requires a lower temp stat which you have, and a low restriction exhaust, which you don't have as long as the stock manifolds are on there, no matter what you do to the rest of the exhaust. Even then it's kind of questionable if it's really worth it...
From what i have read and observed, there is only one aftermarket/custom prom that is worth a damm and that is from Ed Wright at www.fastchips.com, the others like hypertech/jet/blah blah only change like 2 values and take your money real well. Other than that they don't do sh$t. If you can get that jet chip given to you then yea its worth it(only because it was free). If you are interested in a different chip i would highly recommend heading over to the DIY Prom board.

The only thing I like about Jet (or other "off-the-shelf") chips, is that I can remove the eprom and use my own eeprom in its place for re-programming it. Doing your own eprom is definitely the best way to go.
