Besides the Knock sensor(which I have bypassed),What else is defferent between a roller cam and a non roller cam gear drive set?What do I have to do To install a Noisey gear drive in a roller cam block?

I dont think anyone makes a noisy set for a factory roller cam block setup. The difference is the factory retainer plate setup, the back of the cam gear is different. What you could do is use a roller cam that doesnt have the factory step nose on it, ditch the retainer plate, and run a cam button. The factory lifters and retainers and stuff should work, but I never looked into it before. I cant think of any reason it wouldnt work.

I think the so-called 'quiet' drive is noisy enough to attract attention. If its actually quiet, I would hate to hear what noisy is.
