How do I change my power steering belt?

It goes around my crank pulley and the power steering pulley. That's it. How do I release the tension on the belt to change it? Do I remove the power steering pulley? How do I do that?
Thanks

no need to remove the pully, simply loosen the bolts holding the ps pump on and relieve the tension.
