355 Perf. block w/ T-10 Borg warner $3000???
I'm buying this car, and wanted to know if its worth the $$$... somthing to set my conscience at ease, since by the time you all read this i will own the car...
Here are the specs and stuff:
1983 Z-28 Camaro
355 with following internals:
30 Over, Comp cam's 280 Magnum, 1.5:1 Roller rockers, Aluminum Chevy Bow-tie Heads FUlly ported, Performer RPM intake, 650 Carb with mech. 2ndaries, 3000 Miles after on it as of today.
Tranny is Super T-10 Borg warner comppletelly rebuilt with heavy Pressure plate and new clutch and all that good stuff, with a hurst 4-speed shifter.
Body is Straight no rust, dents ect.. but needs paint... (looks original paint to me...)
Interior is cool except a little dirty and a few cracks in side panels (none on dash) and a new headliner, floorboards have no rust....
All of this for $3000.00 SOunds good to me, im buying it tommarow, but i was curious about quick efficient mods to this already Cammed up Engine, it has alot of power im guessing around 350-370 Horsepower but im sure i could make more with those heads and cam and stuff... maybe a bigger carb?
Rear end is posi 3.23 with 275/60/R16 Tires
I hope to god i made a good descision, cause its mine now!!!

Sounds good to me. I looked on the blue book 3600$ is the high bluebook. so if its as good as you said and they dident lie about the high performance parts sure its worth 3000$
I would try to get the casting numbers off the block to make sure its a 350 and not a warmed over 305. Anyway have fun
