I am pleased to see this site up again. Was it down for very long? I remember about a year and a half ago I was so very sad to see it shut down due to lack of funding or to much traffic or somethin. Anyhow I was just curious and happy to have found it again.

I believe it was down for about a month. You'll notice that the boards are all tech related except for the few regional boards that have gone up.

We all remember "Black Monday". It really wasn't due to any funding or heavy traffic problems. I think Dirk got a little tired of the non-tech threads that got posted. We still get in our little digs and jabs, and can have some fun with the content, but for the most part the content is purely technical, as it was intended to be on this site.
