Ok I figured it out so I will post if anyone else searches for this info.

The screws are 3.5M x 12mm .6Pitch.

AHAHaha, I feel better knowing im not the only one with this problem. I just found out that they are a 1/2 size metric too. Did you find anywhere thad had the bolts? I visited several hardware stores and found nothing. I need to replace all of mine. Some ding-dong striped out the top where the star bit goes in. I had to use locking pliers to unscrew the bolts. What store did you find your at?

Well I cheated, one of my threads got cross threaded and the bolt snapped. So I was going to chase the threads with a tap and go find the right size bolt. We did not have a 3.5M tap so I tapped it out to 4M and the 4M x 12mm screw was easy to find. If you cannot find the screw at your regular hardware or auto stores I don't know what to tell you I guess you could go straight to GM. Good luck.

Was fur ein dumkopf bin ich. Ich mochte zu Berlin flugen! Ich spreche ein bischen Deutche. Anyway, if you feel generous you could smuggle some of them through customs and bring them to me, it would save me a trip there.

Bitte ein Bit!!! MMMM, Lecker!

Fastenal, McMaster-Carr, MSC-Direct, or any well-stocked hardware store.

Or, you can trek to Deutscheland and "smuggle" out a few at a time.
