Now how much horsepower will I be making

After looking into porting and polishing stock heads, i have decided just to buy new heads, here is a list of the mods, can you guys give me an estimate of how much horsepower i will have?
1986 350 with no emmissions whatsoever
Vortec Fast Burn heads (i think thats right)
Comp Cam (just a mild one)
Holly 600 cfm
Edelbrock performer RPM Manifold
Summit Rebuild Kit w/ 10.9:1 compression
Keith Black Pistons
Super competition headers
Real dual exhaust w/out cats
Dual flowmaster mufflers
Open element filter

But there are easily to or three of the posts a day, try getting a dyno done. Sorry I am no help.

I'd say you could definitely make at least 260 rwhp out of that setup. With compression like that, and those heads. Hell you might even be close to 275-280 rwhp.

A good Vortec headed motor with even a mild cam can easily make 330-350 hp at the crank. If it didn't make like at least 275+ hp at the rear wheels I would be disappointed or say it needed some tuning.

Try the CompCams XE262 (218/224 @.050) for a mild cam, runs good in mine. I have a similar setup to what you've got planned. I'm not really sure if the 600 cfm Holley will be big enough however, the 330hp Vortec crate motor (you should be a little stronger then that engine IMO) is suggested to be run w/ a 650+ cfm carb... I'm running a 750 on my 350 (also w/ a Performer RPM btw). Also, I'm running around 10:1 compression on 92-93 octance pump gas w/ no problems, but you may run into some detenation problems w/ nearly 11:1 and pump gas w/ iron heads...
