I just put in my MSD and coil and it wants to almost die at random [not too often] like it not getting fuel or something kinda breif.. I know it's not Fuel (Good Pressure) but I thought it might be plug gap or something.. it's still at .035 and I'm still using 7mm "stock replacemet" but new wires
I was running it pretty hard the night before also but nothing happened then

anybody have any ideas on what might be making the motor "choke" like that at random????

Check your power and ground connections to the MSD.

I just wanted to say thanks again for the help

Dose anyone know what Gap I should set plugs at now???
also how important is it that I go to an 8.8mm wire??? (or something close to that)

if you have a good strong coil i would bring that gap up to .045. and as for the 8.8 wires, its all insulation. your getting more protection from heat and crossfire with the bigger wires.
