THIS ONE IS WIERD AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THIS IS NORMAL...WITH A 700R4, APPROACHING A STOP AND YOU DOWN SHIFT INTO 2ND GEAR, WHEN THE TACH REACHES 1000RPM THE ENGINE WILL SURGE UP TO 1500RPM AND THEN DROP TO NORMAL IDLE BY THE TIME YOU COME TO A COMPLETE STOP...ANY IDEAS?

Some aftermarket trans do this all the time. Most 700's i'd driven do this coming to a quick stop in 3rd. I'm not sure if it's the b fix kit or blocking the line bias valve in the trans.... It's normal in some cases, but in OD only in special cases..... No worry either way imo...
