Will this oil pan fit?

I was just wondering if this oil pan would fit a stock f-body or if i would need a different pan or a tubular k-member or something:

It'll get in the way of the TES cross-over pipe.

it wouldm't interfere w/ the cross member? What if I got some hooker long tubes?

It's for a left-hand dipstick block; which yours isn't.

So, the short answer is, no it won't fit.
