Car will not start intermitantly!!!

Car will not start intermitantly!!!
69 camaro, 87 TPI motor, sometimes when my buddy goes out to start it, it acts like there is no juice to the starter...any Ideas?

Axle/Gears: 3:73
The solenoid on the starter is getting hot. Get a solenoid relocation kit. This will cure you problem.
