Tsb 88-403-6

I was doing some reading online about our cars smoking at startup and I found this Technical Service Bulletin # 88-403-6. Does anyone know what is stated in this TSB? Any help would be appreciated.

I have no idea what's in the TSB; but SBCs have been smoking at startup for over 30 years before that TSB was written, and everybody knows what causes it. It would be wonderful if GM happened to finally notice it too, and figure out that they should do something about it. Must have suddenly become a warranty problem when they went to a longer warranty than the old 12/12.

The cause is the valve guide seals.
