If I were to change from the stock 22# injectors to say 24# injectors, would it really require a prom change? Could I get away with not changing since it's such a small change? What would happen if I don't change? Thanks very much.

22-24 really wouldn't be all that much of a gain but your car should have 19# injectors from the factory. I'm not positive on the later 350 cars but I know 87 was supposed to have 19#. the 92-93 LT1's had 22 and 94+ had 24's.
