The check engine light has come on.

Using a paper clip and turning the key I get trouble code 25 which indicates high temp at MAT sensor, Vaccuum switching circuit open or shorted to ground OR High Voltage at ATS.

I put a new MAT sensor in and still get the trouble code.

The vents and AC do not work. How do I determine a vacuum switching problem??

The car has the 700R4 trans, which is leaking at the speedo cable and does shift kind of odd, kind of slow to up shift and tends to drop into OD at low speeds (less than 40 mph).

The car has free mods and 44000 miles on it.

Any insight would be appreciated.
