Need help w/ Flywheel removal

I've tried loosening the flywheel bolts, but every time the Flywheel keeps turning. What do I need to keep this thing in one place so I can take the bolts off? And how tight would they be torqued in?

Use a screwdriver (large) in the teeth to hold it in place, or, use an impact wrench.

If you have two people, have your friend hold backup on the crank bolt. either wayt will work.
