A friend of mine has a foxbody rustang and needs some help. He was screwing around like he normally does and the car suddenly lost most of its power and had a sweet burning smell. When revving it while in park, it doesn't pop, but while driving it pops from somewhere undernearth the car. He has a race ready transmission that is supposed to be built for 800hp, so we don't think that's it. I'm not sure what the problem would be at all. Any ideas?

 

If it has a sweet burning smell, that sounds like antifreeze, but it doesnt really matter, cause its not thirdgen related, this one is gonna get locked.
