What type of thread sealants to use?

I'm wondering what type of thread sealants to use for some AN fuel fittings going into aluminum. Also what to use for a brass coolant temperature sensor going into aluminum, and a brass manifold air temperature sensor going into aluminum. Right now I have teflon tape on them and don't know if it is good to use in these situations (it sometimes shreads). We have some different types of goop sealants and aren't sure which to use. I'm pretty sure the electrical properties don't matter, because there are two wires to each of the sensors. BTW, this is for a Kawasaki ZX6R engine that I'm putting a fuel injection system on for our Formula SAE team.
Thanks

86,

The fuel fittings should seal well with LockTit PST sealant. The sensors, fasteners, and just about anything else threading into aluminum that doesn't require a liquid or gas-tight seal should get anti seize compound - including spark plugs.

Actually, they do require coolant-tight, and manifold-vacuum-tight seals. What should I use there?
Thanks

I believe in Ultra - Blue I use it on everything, except High Temp, then I use Ultra - Copper.

for pipe threads you want a non hardening sealer, i use liquid teflon pipe sealer. in fitting pipe in industrial applications lead based anti-seize is about the only thing you'll ever see used, but they use a lot more force screwing the pipes together.

if you're asking what sealer for the 37* AN you wouldn't use anything, the taper makes the seal.
