87 Brake light

Hey, I know this might sound stupid, but can anyone tell me how to change a brake light for a 87 Camaro?? Am I just suposed to take of the 2 black **** and tear the lights out??

The light connectors are the type that you turn about a 1/4 turn to remove them from the lens and then push down on the bulb slightly and twist it out. installation is the reverse of removal. This is after you remove the black ***** and tilt the light lens outwards.
