check engine light??
Hi everyone,
I have finally gotten my free '82 Trans Am going. It runs starts good, runs good, gets really bad gas mileage (for a 305) and the Check engine light comes on after a few minutes. I have all of the emmisions equipment removed and I always thought that the light says something with the emmisions needs attention but the light isn't on at all times. Anyone have any idears? I was hopeing to put in a 350 but in this town people think they are sitting on gold mines, hopefully next summer:
