Flicking choke light @ idle
Flicking choke light @ idle
I just pick up a 83 camaro and put about 500 miles on it...it has been sitting for a while. The car has a 305 4 barrel and about 129,000 miles on it. It seems to idle fine but now the choke light flicks on and off and the module under the dash clicks....and ideas??? Please Help

Let me guess...it flickers and buzzes around 1200 RPM, right? You're not the only one that's had this problem. It's supposed to mean bad alternator, but mine seems fine. My solution: get a stereo. Turn it up and forget about the damn light.
